Meet the Owner

Built Through Experience

At the center of Dan O’s Custom Services LLC is owner Daniel Pollen-Huegel—a hardworking, hands-on problem solver who enjoys taking an idea, building a practical plan, and turning it into something real.

Daniel understands that home-improvement projects are about more than lumber, drywall, plumbing, and paint. They are about creating safer, more comfortable, and more useful spaces for the people who live in them.

His personal journey has taught him the importance of determination, accountability, second chances, and following through on his word. Those lessons helped shape the way he approaches his work and operates Dan O’s Custom Services LLC today.

Our Community

More Than a Home-Improvement Business

Dan O’s Custom Services LLC is part of a larger vision for strengthening neighborhoods throughout the Saginaw area. Daniel believes many neglected or distressed homes still have value and potential.

When practical and safe, repairing and rehabilitating these properties can create livable spaces, improve neighborhoods, and provide additional housing opportunities for local families.

We also understand the challenges homeowners may face while living on a fixed income. While every project must remain financially sustainable, we strive to provide honest recommendations, practical options, and solutions focused on what the customer genuinely needs.

Honesty Clear and straightforward communication

Respect Care for customers, homes, and property

Accountability Taking responsibility and following through

Craftsmanship Attention to detail and pride in the result
